Windows Media Player 9.0 or higher needs to be installed on the local machine.This is included on the installation CD so it is easy for you to load it on to your machine.You can also go to the Windows Media website by clicking here. 2. Can you track student scores on the quizzes? YES! The Quiz Score Reader program allows you to access the scores for all the quizzes that have been completed on a computer. Simply use the install version or USB key version to access the files. It is a password protected program that will read quiz scores in the order they were completed. You can download it here. 3. Is there a more comprehensive Help file? YES! One is on the way by the end of June that will allow you to search for topics, display pages they are on, and answer common questions for you. 4. Why will the worksheets not open Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or higher needs to be installed on the local machine. This program is used to view and print the worksheets. It is included on your CD or you can click here to go to Adobe's website to download it. 5. What operating systems will the product install on? DOi and the Teacher Edition CD will install on any PC computer system using Windows 98SE and above. It runs flawlessly on every operating system including 2000 Professional, XP Pro, Vista and Windows 7. 6. Do you need a DVD player to play the videos on the automotive instruction DVD? This DVD will play on any PC computer with a DVD drive. You need to have a player installed that usually comes with the computer. The newest versions of Windows Media Player will play the DVD back. The DVD can also be played on a standard DVD player hooked up to a TV or projection unit. 7. The CD has a problem installing. What can we do? Sometimes computers may not pickup the "Autorun" feature on a CD. This is what launches the setup program. If this happens, located the setup file and double-click on it. This will install the program for you. If there is still and issue, copy the setup file to your local hard drive and run it ftom there. If all else fails, give us call and we will send you a new CD at no charge. 8. My worksheets are opening in Photoshop or a program other than Acrobat Reader? How do I fix this? If Photoshop opens your files instead of Acrobat Reader, you will need to locate one of the PDF files stored on your computer. Look in on your C: drive under Program Files and locate one of the Digital Overdrive directories. There will be PDF files in there. Right click on one of these files and select "Open With"and then "Choose Program". Select "Acrobat Reader" from this list and check off the box that say "Always use this program to open these files" or whatever variation of this wording your operating system uses.
